Unfortunately, neither the plate nor the food was hot. It was all lukewarm. Too bad.

Visited at lunchtime, ate from the lunch menu as we were not offered any other menu; decided for the surprise court about which there was no information even on request. Food AVERAGE, salad not really crispy fresh and with ready-made dressing ... disappointing after the many good reviews; We found € 7.00 for a large bottle of water to be outrageously expensive. .

Good restaurant. Friendly service, delicious food. Family was satisfied, what more could you want!

Very nice restaurant with delicious dishes

Just wonderful. Excellent food, great wine and the service very attentive, but still unobtrusive. All around perfect and simply absolutely recommendable. We were extremely lucky, were there about 20 minutes after opening and got the last free table on the terrace. Therefore: be sure to reserve a table!

I spontaneously had dinner at Gérard on Saturday evening and was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. The service was attentive, friendly and informal. The food is well presented and tastes very good. There is also a great selection of regional wines. A great highlight right in the city. Consistently recommended. Gladly again.

Very tasty, fresh and creatively prepared dishes. Great upscale ambience. Good selection of his and his dishes. Unfortunately, the toilets are on the first floor without an elevator.

On Christmas Day 2 we were in the Gerard with 12 people. Service: Incredibly friendly, almost too friendly. My glass was never empty without the service team noticing in time and asking if everything was still OK. Food: The food was phenomenal. Quality and taste cannot be surpassed. I thought. Until I literally inhaled the main dish (venison ragout) because it was just so incredibly tasty. I am an extremely hungry person and coincidentally my eating behavior and my euphoria about the good food was noticed by the restaurant owner personally. After a short and very nice conversation, the gentleman offered me a second plate, which of course I did not deny. Of course I wanted to pay extra for the plate, but that was out of the question for the owner. What kind of heart! I can only recommend everyone to visit the Gerard and spend a few pleasant hours with good food and great wine.

Very nice evening! Here are professionals at work. A well-stocked restaurant with a lot of life. The food is perfect and served to the point, quality of the products very high, service attentive and funny. Wines very well and at a moderate price. We felt comfortable all around. Best shop in Saarlouis, does not hurt to spend a bit of money. We'll be back soon - will try the day ticket. Please do not change anything, such restaurants make the city interesting. Full points!
